All categories of University student funds, which include scholarships, bursaries and loans, are administered and managed by Student Funding in the Student Services Division, which ensures their efficient disbursement to students.
Operational staff, known as Financial Aid Advisors, are located in the College administrative offices on each campus. Students and prospective students requiring assistance with their funding needs should make contact with these staff members who are fully conversant with all the types of funding administered by this unit.

In terms of the University’s Language Policy and for the purposes of the National Credit Act the following documents are available on request from Student Funding Centre Head Office in isiZulu:
1) Loan Pre-agreement statement and quotation
2) Credit agreement
